3. Attorney-Client Privilege
Communications with KG Lawyer regarding a potential legal matter are treated as confidential to the fullest extent permitted under Indian law and the Bar Council of India rules. Submission of an enquiry form, by itself, does not create a formal attorney-client relationship. A formal relationship arises only upon execution of an engagement letter or equivalent instrument.

Enquiry data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS channels and stored on secure servers within India wherever technically feasible. Access is limited to authorized personnel of KG Lawyer. We retain enquiry records for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with applicable legal, tax, and professional conduct requirements.

We use the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policies: email delivery (Resend or an equivalent transactional email provider) and map embeds (Google Maps). These providers process data only to the extent necessary to deliver the relevant service.
